Emerging uranium producer Wildhorse Energy has announced that the Federal Court of Australia has approved the schemes of arrangement for the acquisition of Peak Coal.

The Orders of the Federal Court have been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and accordingly the Peak Schemes are now effective.
